About me
Cate Robertson
Before becoming a nutritionist, I spent many years working as a chef, both in restaurants and for private clients on yachts. My interest in nutrition deepened while cooking for individuals with specific nutritional or dietary needs. I wanted to truly understand how to create meals that were not only delicious, but also nutritionally supportive.
I went on to complete a Diploma in Nutritional Medicine and began working in the health food industry, developing recipes and menus with a strong focus on wellbeing, while continuing my work as a private chef specialising in nourishing, whole-food ingredients.
After completing a degree in Clinical Nutrition, I now work as a Certified Practicing Nutritionist, supporting clients one-on-one with personalised, practical nutrition strategies to help them reach their health goals.
Balanced With Cate brings together two worlds: evidence-based nutritional science and over two decades of hands-on experience and passion for real food.
